Ingredients

  • Appetizer
  • 1/2 cupGreen Onions
  • 1 tbspFresh Ginger
  • 1 tbspFresh Minded Garlic
  • 1 lbFresh Crab
  • 2 tbspFresh Cilantro
  • 3 cupVegetable Oil
  • 1 packagesWonton Wraps
  • 2 ozwater to close wonton wraps
  • 2 packagesCream Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat Oil to 350

  2. 2

    Mix cream cheese until smooth

  3. 3

    add garlic, ginger, green onions, crab and mix gently.

  4. 4

    Place a teaspoon of the mixture on wonton wrap and seal one side with water and close.

  5. 5

    Do not stack on each other place separately on a flour dusted pan.

  6. 6

    Place about 4-5 in hot oil til lightly brown, drain on paper towels.

  7. 7

    A great sauce for dipping is sweet n sour sauce.
