1 lbground beef
1 smallyellow onion
1 clovegarlic minsed
1sea salt
1course black pepper
4 slicesharp american cheese
3 tbspolive oil
4 slicetexas toast

Cooking Instructions

Add oil to skillet

In a large bowl mix all ingredient, then form two large patties, press thumb in the middle of each patty

This prevents you from having to press patties during cooking, cook till juices run clear that will be well done.

Add cheese ,take out put on bun, then add toppings of choice .
