My supper last night was comprised of beef and it was very delicious.

Boil the chopped beef till soft then drain excess soup if any

Add onions and cooking oil. Cook for 1 min then add pilipili hoho with tomatoes. Stir well and leave to soften and mix well

Add Dania then a little water. Add salt and cover to simmer for 5 mins.

Remove from heat and put the rice to boil.

Serve your food hot with tomatoes sauce
