Moong dal ko 5/6 hour soak karein...

Cooker mein 2 tsp oil garam karen. Jeera, onion, hari mirch fry karen.. haldi,namak daal dal kar ache s mix karein.1/4 cup pani dal kar lid lagadein.

Do whistle ke baad flame off kar dein. Lemon juice, green dhaniya leaves se garnish kar ke serve karein..
