Steps

Cut and wash beef. And seasoning cubes, salt, habanero pepper, onions and water. And cook till stock is browned.

Wash pumpkin leaves and shred. And set aside. Same with dry Fish. Debone and set aside.

Heat pot. Add oil, onions. Dissolve egusi and grind usu and add. Cook for 5minutes. Add more stock, crayfish, cube seasoning, salt. Check taste. Add your beef, your dry Fish. And cook for 10 minutes. Add your ogri paste. And allow to cook more. Don't over turn. Add your habanero pepper then your pumpkin leaves and cook for 3-5mins. Stir and check taste. Done
