Steps

Make batter of besan, water, salt and turmeric. It should be little thinner then dosa batter.

Now heat oil and add crushed garlic, chilli and hing.

Pour besan batter in it and mix it. And stir it continuously for few minutes. Cook it till it become nicely thick and lemon yellow in shade.

Serve it with bhakri
