Wash onions and pepper and blend together then set aside; wash thicken and spice

Spice chicken with blended onions and pepper paste, salt, knorr cube, garlic and ginger paste, curry, thyme and parboil without water

Once the chicken is almost tender heat up a frying pan but I prefer to use a small pot to enable me deep fry the chicken most times
- 4
Once the oil is hot, fry chicken and remove from fire once its ready not to dry cos I like it chewing and serve.
