Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgcurd
  • 1 tbspmethi dhanya
  • 1 tbspheeng
  • 1big bowl gram flour
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tbspturmeric
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • as neededOil
  • 6-8curry leaves
  • 4-5green chilli split

Steps

  1. 1

    First we will add curd and gram flour with turmeric red chilli powder and salt..I generally blend it to mix the mixture.

  2. 2

    Now prepare a better for pakoras.mix besan chilli and salt with a pinch of heeng make a better and you can it in water by dropping one drop if one drop off besan come upper side that means the better of pakora are ready and it would be soft.

  3. 3

    Take a kadai add 1 spoon oil and methi heeng when it crackles add our dahi mixture.make it boil for half and hour in slow flame.

  4. 4

    Add pakoras in kadi add kurry leaves or split green chilli.

    Boil for 10 mn again.it's ready to eat with rice
