Ingredients

30 mins
8 servings
  1. 2over ripe bannanas
  2. 3large eggs
  3. 1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  4. 1 tspground cinnamon
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. 1/2 cupmilk (I used almond milk)
  7. 1/4 cupricotta
  8. 1 loafday old challah, cut in slices about an inch thick

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take all ingredients, except bread and place in blender

  2. 2

    Puree 2 to 3 minutes until smooth

  3. 3

    Place bread in a large pan, then pour wet ingredients to cover

  4. 4

    Let soak for a minute or two, flipping over occasionally careful not to break

  5. 5

    Heat a large skillet over medium low heat

  6. 6

    Spray skillet or use butter

  7. 7

    Place as many pieces as you can without over crowding

  8. 8

    I personally flip them constantly to keep them from burning

  9. 9

    Finish to your liking, and enjoy
