Steps

boil the potatoes in a pot with it's peel.

cool it down and take the peel off.

put Peeled potatoes in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

add salt & pepper and some whipping cream not to much in order to make the mashed potatoes like a dough to shape it into balls or fingers.

shape your potatoes and then put them in eggs and bread crumbles.

repeat step 5 by making another layer of eggs and bread crumbles.

refrigerate for 30 minutes and fry in deep oil. enjoy! :)

can be served with salt&pepper katchep&mustard.
