  2. 1 bunchCoriander leaves -
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds -
  4. 1 springCurry leaves -
  5. 1Green chilies -
  6. 1 pinchHing -
  7. 1 tspMustard seeds -
  8. 2 tspOil -
  9. 2 tbspPeanuts -
  10. - 1 Onion
  11. 1 cupPuffed paddy (kheel) -
  12. 1 cupMurmure (laiya) -
  13. 1 tspRed chilli powder -
  14. to tasteSalt -
  15. 1 tspTurmeric power -
  16. 1 tspUrad daal -
  17. 2 tspLemon juice -

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak murmure and puffed paddy(kheel and laiya) for 1 minute and strain water and keep a side.

    Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts, curry leaves, hing and onion mix then add turmeric, salt mix well cook till onions are cooked.

  3. 3

    Then add soaked puffed paddy and murmure(laiya and kheel) mix well cook for 5 minutes then add coriander leaves chopped and lemon juice mix well.

    Served hot with mixture Namkeen.
