In a kadai add oil and give tadka of rai jeera and hing. Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric stirr continuesly

Add coriander and saute well. Add onions and salt covet and cook. Add all masalas and stirr. When oil separates add tomatoes and cover again

When all mix well add boiled vatana and cover. Cook until done.
