Steps

Soak murmure and puffed paddy(kheel and laiya) for 1 minute and strain water and keep a side.

Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts, curry leaves, hing and onion mix then add turmeric, salt mix well cook till onions are cooked.

Then add soaked puffed paddy and murmure(laiya and kheel) mix well cook for 5 minutes then add coriander leaves chopped and lemon juice mix well.

Served hot with mixture Namkeen.
