Steps

Wash and clean the suran.

Chop into small pieces.

Boil in a pressure cooker.

When cooker release the whistle simmer for ten mins.

Once coole,ppel the skin of the suran.
- 6
Mash the suran and add green chilli, garlic cloves and salt and mix well.

Add mustard oil and lemon juice and mix well.
