Steps

Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic for a few minutes.

Add red, green and yellow pepper and fry

Add carrot and other mixed veggies of your choice. Add the meat balls and open a bottle of spaghetti sauce.

Simmer for a few minutes mixing it well.

Boil water in a ppt the add salt. Add spaghetti when the water is boiling.

Use the folk to to make sure that the spaghetti does not stick on bottom of the pot while cooking. Do not over cook.

After it is ready, Remove from the heat and pour into a colander and wash it well under running water.

Put it back on heat for a few minutes. Then serve hot
