Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4chicken breasts
  • 2heads of broccoli
  • 1/4large purple onion
  • 1 1/4 cupRitz crackers
  • 2/3 cupVelveeta cheese
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • basil
  • crushed red pepper
  • garlic

Steps

    Cook chicken in oil with onion, basil, crushed red pepper, and garlic

  2. 2

    Steam broccoli

  3. 3

    Place chicken in a greased caserol dish (you may want to drain the chicken first), and top with broccoli

  4. 4

    Spread small chunks of butter (about half of the butter) on top of the broccoli, followed by chucks of Velveeta cheese. Then spread crushed Ritz crackers over everything. Finally, place remaining butter chunks on top of the cracker crumbles.

    Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
