  1. 6eggs
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 1 pinchspring onions
  4. 4 slicehashbrown
  5. butter
  6. 1 cupspam / luncheon meat
  7. 3 slicesliced cheese
  8. 1/4 stickshredded emmental cheese
  9. optional
  10. 3extra Eggs

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven at 180° Celsius.

  2. 2

    Grease your baking dish with butter

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs with milk.

  4. 4

    Layer in hashbrown, cheese slices, emmental cheese & diced spam / luncheon meat

  5. 5

    Pour in eggs and milk mixture and sprinkle in the spring onions.

  6. 6

    OPTIONAL STEP: Crack in 3 extra unbeaten eggs on top for runny yolk goodness.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 180°F Celsius until done.
