  1. 1 packagesSausage (Your Choice)
  2. 1 eachyellow and red bell pepper
  3. 1red or yellow onion
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1 cupmarinara sauce
  6. 1salt and pepper

  1. 1

    Grill sausage to approximately 90% doneness. Slice and set aside.

  2. 2

    Saute onions and peppers.

  3. 3

    Add garlic. Saute 30 seconds.

  4. 4

    Add sausage. Add salt and pepper. Saute. Add marinara.

  5. 5

    Reduce sauce. 5 minutes. Serve

  6. 6

    Variations; Dried spices, Toasted sesame dressing, apple cider vinegar, balsamic, mustard, beef stock, poblano, jalapeno, squash, potato, salsa. Try roasting bell peppers instead!
