Cooking Instructions

Grill sausage to approximately 90% doneness. Slice and set aside.

Saute onions and peppers.
- 3
Add garlic. Saute 30 seconds.
- 4
Add sausage. Add salt and pepper. Saute. Add marinara.
- 5
Reduce sauce. 5 minutes. Serve
- 6
Variations; Dried spices, Toasted sesame dressing, apple cider vinegar, balsamic, mustard, beef stock, poblano, jalapeno, squash, potato, salsa. Try roasting bell peppers instead!

You can eat more healthy and still attain great flavors. Italian style turkey sausages keep the calories at bay. The sage which is optional really accents these sausages. I use a grill/ griddle pan on my gas grill. You can just use your grill without it and use a large sheet of several layers of heavy duty aluminum foil to cook the vegetables. Taylor Topp Comacho -
