At first cut the potato into cubes

Grind the Poppy seed with green chillies into a smooth paste

Now heat a pan add oil and fry the potatoes with salt and turmeric powder

Cover it adding water.keep it in low flame.

As the potatoes get tender add the Poppy seed paste and switch off the heat

Garnish it with slitted green chilli and raw mustard oil
