Ingredients

  • 2 boxjiffy cornbread mix
  • 6eggs
  • 1onion chopped
  • 112 oz. container of cottage cheese
  • 2 boxchopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 350°F

  2. 2

    microwave broccoli

  3. 3

    drain liquid

  4. 4

    mix all ingredients well

  5. 5

    pour into a greased 9X13 pan

  6. 6

    bake 45 to 1 hour til done
