Ingredients

  1. 2 boxjiffy cornbread mix
  2. 6eggs
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 112 oz. container of cottage cheese
  5. 2 boxchopped broccoli
  6. 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 350°F

  2. 2

    microwave broccoli

  3. 3

    drain liquid

  4. 4

    mix all ingredients well

  5. 5

    pour into a greased 9X13 pan

  6. 6

    bake 45 to 1 hour til done
