Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 1/2-2 packagesfrozen hashbrowns (I use 2 packages)
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  4. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  5. 1 (8 oz)french onion dip
  6. 1large diced onion
  7. 1/2diced green or red pepper
  8. 2 packagesshredded colby jack cheese
  9. 1season salt to taste
  10. 1ground black pepper to taste
  11. 1/2 tspgarlic powder

  1. 1

    Preheat oven @ 400 °. Saute onion and pepper until almost tender. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together except for 1/2 package of shredded cheese.

  3. 3

    In a greased 13x9in pan, pour mixture into pan, cover with foil & bake for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take out of oven, add rest of cheese & mix 1 more time. Place back in oven, uncovered, fir 15 more minutes. Then serve.
