This is a play on unsloppy Joe pockets. The original recipe was in my e-mail from the Pillsbury web sight. It was fun to make and a perfect snack for football night. My guests couldn't stop talking about them. All the while they were devoured before the oven even cooled down.

Ingredients

20 mins
  1. Untidy Jo
  2. 1 1/4 lbGround sirloin
  3. 1 can15 oz. Sloppy Joe mix
  4. 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  5. Bowls
  6. 3 canPillsbury Grand Biscuit. I used 5 count cans for 15 bowls. There was plenty of untidy mix left to do 1 or 2 more biscuit cans.
  7. 1/2 packagesGrated cheddar, your preference, (mild/sharp).

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

In a fry pan, cook the ground sirloin with the worcestershire sauce until meat is no longer pink. Drain.

  2. 2

Add the untidy "Jo" mix, following instructions on can to complete cooking of filler.

  3. 3

Take each biscuit and flatten by hand or roller until approximately 4+ inches round. Using the bottom of a glass press the center of biscuit creating a well.

  4. 4

Fill each biscuit with roughly 1 to 2 tbls of the untidy Jo mix.

  5. 5

Once all biscuits are filled with untidy "Jo" mix, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Add the amount of cheese based on how cheesy you like it.

  6. 6

Normally oven is preheated to 350. But follow directions on the biscuit can. I allowed the biscuits to remain in the oven for the highest minutes suggested.
