mix garlic, chicken breasts and mayonnaise, add salt and pepper on your taste

put in the fridge for 10 minutes

slice the bell pepper and parsley

fry chicken with garlic and mayonnaise on skillet about 15 minutes until it gets quite dry

add bell pepper and parsley near on the skillet

stir for about 10 minutes

mix with chicken, cover and sauté for 5 minutes
