Ingredients

  1. 2 largeripe avocados halved and pitted
  2. 2 tsplemon juice
  3. 6hard boiled eggs chopped
  4. 4 sliceCrispy bacon crumbled
  5. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  6. 1 tspmustard
  7. 1/2 cloveminced garlic
  8. 1 1/2 tbspfinally chopped onion
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/4 tspof pepper
  11. 1 dashof turmeric
  12. 1 dashof cayenne pepper
  13. 1Toasted bread
  14. 1Rome tomatoes diced or sliced and mixed with a dash of salt and pepper if desired
  15. 1lettuce leaves
  16. 1crispy bacon slices

    Carefully scoop out avocado and mix with lemon juice and mash and stir in the remaining 10 ingredients. Serve on toast with tomatoes, lettuce, and crispy bacon slices.
