Ingredients: 2 large ripe avocados halved and pitted; 2 tsp lemon juice; 6 hard boiled eggs chopped; 4 slice Crispy bacon crumbled; 2 tbsp mayonnaise; 1 tsp mustard; 1/2 clove minced garlic; 1 1/2 tbsp finally chopped onion; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp of pepper; 1 dash of turmeric; 1 dash of cayenne pepper; 1 Toasted bread; 1 Rome tomatoes diced or sliced and mixed with a dash of salt and pepper if desired; 1 lettuce leaves; 1 crispy bacon slices

Carefully scoop out avocado and mix with lemon juice and mash and stir in the remaining 10 ingredients. Serve on toast with tomatoes, lettuce, and crispy bacon slices.
