  • 1 floret ghobhi
  • 1/2katori matar
  • 2 onion
  • 2 hari mirch
  • 1 tbschopped adrak.salt.1/4tsp lal mirch.1/4tsp haldi
  • 1 tspsabzi masala. Oil.1/4tsp jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Aloo ghobhi ke cubes kate.

  2. 2

    Kadai mein mustard oil garam karein.aloo ghobhi ke flrets fry kar ke rakhe.

  3. 3

    Extra.oil nikal ke jeera dal ke chopped pyaz.and adrak bhoone.hari mirch dal ke matar dale.

  4. 4

    Salt and sare masale dal ke 5 minute sim par cover karein.

  5. 5

    Ab aloo ghobhi ache se mix karein.5 minute sim par cover karein.

  6. 6

    Khol ke ache se bhoone hara dhania.dal ke garam roti ke sath khaye.
