Spring onion pakode (fritters)

Cut spring onion in small pieces. Wash it 2-3 times in water.

Mix all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl. Add required water and make a thick batter for fritters. Add 2-3 tsp oil in batter. Mix properly.

Heat oil in a Kadhai on medium flame. Pour batter with fingers in hot oil. Deep fry until crispy & golden.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
