Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/4 cupboiled sevai
  2. as requiredThick Sweet Rabdi or malai kulfi as per wish
  3. as requiredSabja seeds (Takmariya) soaked in water for 2-3 hours
  4. as requiredRose syrup
  5. Chopped nuts for garnishing
  6. Dried Rose Petals for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a tall glass Pour little Cool Rabdi or Malai kulfi at the bottom..

  2. 2

    Over it Drop some boiled and cooled sevai.

  3. 3

    Pour some rose syrup over it.

  4. 4

    Add little Sabja seeds over it and again pour little Rabdi.

  5. 5

    GARNISH with dry rose petals and chopped nuts.

  6. 6

    Repeat the layers till the glass is filled.

  7. 7

    Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

  8. 8

    Serve Cool Cool Faloonda Dessert

  9. 9

    Can be quickly made for Parties or get togethers.
