Combine 2 1/2 cup flour and the yeast (you may an electric hand mixer).

In a small saucepan, heat the milk, butter, sugar and salt till it is warm and the butter is melted. Gradually pour this milk mixture in to the flour mixture with the mixer on low speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then beat this mixture on high speed (or knead well by hand) and knead in the remaining 2 1/2 cups of flour until it becomes a soft dough that is smooth in nature but not sticky. In a bowl stir together the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add the butter to the mixture until the mixture is crumbly.

Roll the dough in to a 12 inch square shape. Sprinkle the filling evenly over the rolled out dough. Lightly brush one end of the dough with a little light cream. Roll the dough to form a log and slice the same in to eight equal sized pieces.

Arrange the rolls in a greased glass baking pan. Cover rolls loosely with lightly greased plastic wrap until almost doubled. Brush the rolls now slightly with light cream or butter.

Bake the rolls for 30 minutes in a 190° preheated oven.

Remove and drizzle the glaze mix over the rolls.
