Just trying to cook healthier and I love Asian food so this is a good combo.
Steps

Heat vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Preferably in a wok, green beans don't 'stir' easily. You can also just use tongs.

Sauté garlic in oil about 30 seconds.

Turn heat down to medium and add green beans.
- 4
Drizzle with sesame oil.
- 5
Toss to coat and cook about 8-10 minutes.
- 6
Pour in soy sauce, tossing to coat.
- 7
Cook for an additional 5 minutes to reduce soy sauce and continue tossing to coat beans.
- 8
Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
