Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs.
  2. 1 tspeach salt and pepper
  3. 1 tspchicken seasoning
  4. 3 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 18 oz box cream cheese. room temp
  6. 1/2 cupfrozen peas and carrots
  7. 1/4 cupfrozen or canned corn
  8. 1/4 cupfrozen or canned cut green beans.
  9. 1/4 cupfrozen or canned lima beans.
  10. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  11. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan romano cheese
  12. 3tubes of crescent roll dough

Steps

  1. 1

    cut chicken thighs into bite size pieces. saute in a lg pan until just cooked

  2. 2

    immediately add all seasoning and garlic.

  3. 3

    drain chicken of juices reserving half a cup.

  4. 4

    in a large bowl add cream cheese. add seasoned cooked chicken and reserved juices.

  5. 5

    add all frozen vegetables

  6. 6

    mix well. pre heat oven to 425°F

  7. 7

    grease a large baking dish, place 1 1/2 tubes of crescent dough on bottom of dish

  8. 8

    add filling to baking dish.

  9. 9

    top with shredded cheddar.

  10. 10

    top with remaining crescent dough.

  11. 11

    bake for 15 min. brush with melted butter. sprinkle with parmesan romano. bake 5-7 minutes more.

  12. 12

    serve. i add plenty of hot sauce

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
