  1. 2 lbGround Beef
  2. 1 lbGround Pork
  3. 1/2 loafBread
  4. 1 cupMilk
  5. 1 largeFinely Chopped Onion
  6. 2 mediumFinely Chopped Green or Colored Peppers
  7. 2Eggs
  8. 1/3 cupChopped Parsley
  9. 1 tbspGround Black Pepper
  10. 1 tspSalt
  11. 4 dashWorcestershire Sauce
  12. 200 gramsHaggis

    Sauté onions and peppers until soft, set aside.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, add the bread and milk. Toss until all bread is wet. Add the beef, pork, eggs, onions, peppers, parsley, salt, pepper, and worchestershire sauce.

    Using your hands, mix all ingredients together until well combined.

  4. 4

    On a foil-lined baking tray or in a foil-lined bread pan, add half of the mixture as the base. Place the haggis in the center. Cover the haggis with the remainder of the mixture, forming a loaf.

    Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes or until browned.

    Serve with Whisky Sauce or a Peppercorn Sauce.

iam sorry robin, iam Scottish and that's not haggis, its shouldn't be green, hope it tasted nice I like the idea :chef
