Adam's grilled stuffed pork loin

Filet the loin almost all the way through

Lay out two sheets of foil(stacked)

Lay out bacon on foil overlapping about 1/8 of an inch. Long enough to cover entire loin

Place loin on bacon then season inside n out

Brown sausage,strain then mix in bowl

Spread the mixture inside the loin

Start closing up the loin with bacon,stretching the bacon as much as you can. Use toothpicks to secure.

Close up in tin foil. Toothpicks will poke holes in the foil.

Place on a 375°F grill over coals for 2hrs. Check it with a meat thermometer.

If well done,open n sprinkle with brown sugar. Leave open n cook for 15-20 mins. Letting the sugar melt
