Ingredients

  • 4 tbspMargarine
  • 1 cupChopped onion
  • 4 tbspFlour
  • 3 cupMilk
  • 2 cupCooked broccoli
  • 4 sliceVelveeta cheese, cubed (approx 3/4 to 1 lb.)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 dashPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt margarine in saucepan

  2. 2

    Add onion and cook until tender.

  3. 3

    Blend in flour until mixture is smooth.

  4. 4

    Add milk, broccoli, cheese and seasonings.

  5. 5

    Cook until mixture thickens and cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
