  1. 1 1/3 lbsground beef (600 grams)
  2. 1jumbo sausage
  3. 3 slicesham
  4. 3 stripssmoked bacon
  5. 1/2bell pepper
  6. 1potato
  7. 1carrot
  8. 1egg
  9. 2 tablespoonsmustard
  10. 3 tablespoonsbreadcrumbs
  11. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  12. 1 pinchblack pepper
  13. Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables, ham, and sausage into small cubes. Add the spices and egg, and mix well until it forms a dough.

  2. 2

    Grease a baking dish with a little oil, place and shape the dough, garnish with bacon strips, and bake for about 45 minutes at 300°F. It's ready to serve.
