  1. 8tilapia filets
  2. 1bottle H1 sauce
  3. 1 cuporange juice
  4. 1 largeorange; zested
  5. 2 tsppoppy seeds
  6. 2 tsponion powder
  7. 2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 2 tspcayenne pepper
  9. 2 tspground white pepper
  10. 1salt
  11. 1EVOO; as needed

  1. 1

    Marinate fish in orange juice for 24 hours.

  2. 2

    Pat dry. Drizzle enough oil to cover. Season with dried spices.

  3. 3

    Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Lay fish down and pour H1 sauce over filets.

  4. 4

    Bake at 400° for approximately ten minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°.

  5. 5

    Garnish with orange zest. Serve with an orange wedge.

  6. 6

    Variations; Fruit preserves for marinating, caramelized onions or shallots, celery seed, habanero, roasted bell pepper puree, vinegar, light beer, wine, parsley, mustard
