  • 8tilapia filets
  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 1 smalljar green curry paste
  • 1 tbspdried basil
  • 1 tbspground coriander seed
  • 2 tspground white pepper
  • 2 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 cuptoasted coconut

    Marinate fish in coconut milk and green curry paste overnight.

  2. 2

    Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Lay filets on sheet. Use all the marinade to cover.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle dried spices on top. Bake at 400° for approximately ten minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°.

    Garnish with toasted coconut, parsley, or diced pineapple.
