Ingredients: 1 (14.75oz ) can salmon drained; 2 tbsp Cilantro Avocado yogurt dressing (I used Bolthouse Farms); 2 tbsp sriracha mayo; 2 Small clove garlic, minced; 4 Drained oil - packed sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped; 6 pitted manzanilla olives, finely chopped; 3 Green onion, finely chopped; 2 tsp rice vinegar; 1 salt and freshly ground black pepper (pinch ); 2 ripe but firm avocado, halved,pit removed; 2 tbsp Almonds toasted (optional )

In a bowl, combine salmon, dressing, mayo,garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, green onions and vinegar mix. Add a little water to adjust texture, if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon salmon salad into avocado halves, sprinkle with toasted almonds, if desired, and serve.
