Crumble poptarts and put in bowl, add water, and mush to the bottom of bowl

Seperate Oreo cookie and the cream
3

Add water to Oreo cookies. Mix icing, add water, mix again, microwave for 1 minute
4

Put oreo cookies on to of the poptart layer
5

Remove icing from microwave
6

Drizzle icing on cake
7

Put in refrigerator until solid
