Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupPomegranate
  • 1/4 cupOnion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cupTomato (deseeded/chopped small)
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cupCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoonChaat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonOlive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper crushed
  • 1 spoonLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add pomegranate seeds, onion, tomato and capsicum mix it well..

  2. 2

    Add coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice mix it well..

  3. 3

    Take another bowl add olive oil then add black pepper powder mix it well..

  4. 4

    Put this oil mix into the pomegranate mix all the ingredients well...

  5. 5

    Pomegranate salsa is ready to serve.....
