Ingredients

  1. 3potato
  2. 10garlic cloves
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1 tsphing
  5. 1medium onion optional
  6. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. as neededChopped coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add hing in it. And then add garlic and roast it till it become slight brown.

  2. 2

    Then add onion or directly red chilli powder, turmeric and potato and mix it.

  3. 3

    At eno add salt and mix it and cover it with lid and let it cook till potatoes gets mushy.
