  • 200 ggitheri (boiled peas and soft maize)
  • 4potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2carrots
  • cooking oil
  • pilipili hoho
  • salt
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion

    Fry the onions tull golden brown with oil

  2. 2

    Add hoho, carrots and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add githeri and potatoes

  4. 4

    Add salt and enough water.

  5. 5

    Cover to cook till soft enough.

  6. 6

    Serve hot
