Ingredients

  1. 1 largetomato seeds removed and chopped
  2. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  3. 1/2 mediumyellow onion
  4. 1 cupketchup
  5. 1 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 clovegarlic minced
  8. 2 tsppepper
  9. 2 tspsalt
  10. 1pork chop

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium sauce pan add onion, cayenne, 1tsp salt, tomato, brown sugar and ketchup. Cook on medium heat for 25- 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Rub pork chops with salt and pepper. In a medium saute pan add oil heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add pork to oil, cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. 3

    Remove pork from pan poor BBQ sauce over pork.

  4. 4

    Serve.
