Ingredients

  1. 4 ozspreadable cream cheese
  2. 10jalapenos sliced in half and gutted
  3. 1/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  4. 6pieces of bacon finely chopped
  5. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  6. 1 clovegarlic minced
  7. 1/2 tspsalt

  1. 1

    Cut jalapeños in half and remove the seeds. In a medium pan cook bacon until nice and crispy. Mix all other ingredients in a medium bowl. Add bacon to cheese mixture.

  2. 2

    Stuff each jalapeño with cream cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Bake jalapeños on broil for 3-4 minutes. Watch closely.
