10jalapenos sliced in half and gutted
1/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese
6pieces of bacon finely chopped
1 tspcayenne pepper

Cut jalapeños in half and remove the seeds. In a medium pan cook bacon until nice and crispy. Mix all other ingredients in a medium bowl. Add bacon to cheese mixture.

Stuff each jalapeño with cream cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Bake jalapeños on broil for 3-4 minutes. Watch closely.
