  1. loaf
  2. 1/2 cupraisins
  3. 1 lbbulk sausage, I used Odem's Tennessee Pride sausage
  4. 3 cupextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  5. 12 ozspam diced
  6. 3 largeeggs
  7. 1 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  8. toppings
  9. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  10. 1/3 cupyour favorite barbecue sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Dice the spam

    Mix everything but the barbecue sauce and parmesan cheese

    Form into a loaf. Put a groove down the middle of loaf. Put barbecue sauce into groove add parmesan cheese on top

    Bake for 1 hour. Then let sit 15 minutes.
