  • loaf
  • 1/2 cupraisins
  • 1 lbbulk sausage, I used Odem's Tennessee Pride sausage
  • 3 cupextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 ozspam diced
  • 3 largeeggs
  • 1 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  • toppings
  • 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cupyour favorite barbecue sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Dice the spam

    Mix everything but the barbecue sauce and parmesan cheese

    Form into a loaf. Put a groove down the middle of loaf. Put barbecue sauce into groove add parmesan cheese on top

    Bake for 1 hour. Then let sit 15 minutes.
