Savory Pork Tenderloin

Steps

Clean tenderloin and pat dry

Apply all dry seasonings to the tenderloin, either one at a time or combined as a rub.

Pour soy sauce in shallow dish and place tenderloin inside.

Cover and let pork marinate in fridge for 15-30 minutes. Be sure to turn once.

After marinating, preheat oven to 350°F

Lightly coat tenderloin in flour

In a large skillet, heat oil and place tenderloin in the oil, slightly browning each side and turning frequently

Place tenderloin in a clean, oven safe dish and bake till tender and pork meets internal temp of 170°F. Approx 40-60 mins

After removing from oven, pork should new sitting in it's own tasty little gravy. ENJOY!
