2 cupcrushed potato chips
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspcurry powder
2eggs beaten
1/2 cupfrozen concentrate orange juice
1/4 cupwater
3 lbchicken cut up
1/4 cupmelted butter

Mix eggs oj and water

Mix chips pepper and curry in separate bowl

dip chicken in egg mix then roll in potato chip mix
4

Lay pieces in baking dish and drizzle with melted butter

Bake @ 350° for 40-45 min
