Ingredients

2 cupchopped methi leaves
1 cupmashed boiled potatoes
2 & 1/2 cup wheat flour
3 tablespoonchopped chilli,garlic,ginger paste
to tasteSalt
1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
1 teaspoontil
1/2 teaspooncarrom seeds
1/2 cupchopped coriander
1/2 cupchopped spinach
2 tablespoonoil

Steps

Mix all above ingredients and make soft Daugh like paratha

Make small size paratha and shallow fry both sides with 1 tablespoon oil,till light brown
